So I was ridiculously happy when this one arrived at the table at La Verde Vita in Gayrettepe. It's the little things... home made and served in a jar. Mmmm. I found a recipe online here. No wonder I like it...all that sugar! But my justification is that all that lemon must be good for colds! I like mine served chilly and with fresh mint.

Mmm - I love anything lemon too. You know summer is on it's way in Melbourne when you pass little girls set up outside their houses with lemonade stands! We stopped at one stand the other day of 2 girls in their finest attire - ribbons & feathers in their hair and feathers in their dog's collar - serving up the SWEETEST homemade lemon cordial I have had in years. All fun at 50c a cup on a very hot day. Love to you all M xxxx
